I have booked a ticket through travlook.in on Nov 17’2021 after booking the ticket the same day the ticket got cancelled and they said refund will be initiated within 7-10 working days but still waiting for refund every time i call customer care they give false commitment that refund is in process and it will be credited in the next week but till date i have not received the refund amount.
