I booked air travel via Flipkart travel on 4th of April for journey date 19th. Due to COVID all the operations were hauled and the Ministry of Avaiation ordered for a cancellation and full refund.
I contacted Air Vistara and they asked to connect with my travel partner flipkart. I contacted Flipkart and they asked me to cancel it on the app. I did so.
I was assured that my money would hit my account by June 20th. .meanwhile I contacted Flipkart, they said they are still waiting to hear from Airvistara.
I immediately contacted airvistara , they said they already initiated my refund on May 02nd itself. I sent this communication to Flipkart.
They promised my refund will be done by 15th July. I contacted post 15th July, they are still saying they are waiting to hear from Vistara.
Vistara has confirmed on Twitter, Email that they have already refunded it.
Flipkart’ s customer service has only 1 answer for all my 30-35 emails, 15-20 calls and 100 tweets – They are trying to help me!.
