Dear Sir/ Madam
I have booked ticket to travel From PUNE To DELHI on 08/05/22. ( Tkt No. 0982138623632). PNR Y30ZV On 3rd May 22 Inform Customer Care to cancelled it. The concern person assured me that within 2 to 3 weeks you will get refund But till date nothing happned. Mean while I fill FEEDBACK form For refund no. WB- DDEL1406220491 – 14/6/22.
Then their after one person from cust. care on calling take this case as Task and gave me case No. 16624669 dt. 26/07/22. But till date nothing is happening. Even after repeated request no one is solving the problem not getting refund.
Hence writting this. attached my booking e ticket along with.
Pl take some action and help me to get my refund as early as possible.
