Hi Sir,
I tried to book an Air ticket from Brafi.com as it was showing the lowest fare on 29th Dec 2022 however website showed aborted and my balance of INR 3,850 has been deducted from my bank. When I call them they told me my balance will be refunded now not pick up the call. Please register my complaint and help me out. attaching the screenshot here.
