I have booked ticket for 27th Aug 2021 from Delhi to Leh Air India on 8th July 2021 but due to flight operational issue my booking with Reference ID REF816883200 got cancelled from your end and I have still not received refund of INR 2680.
On the time of cancellation i.e. on 8th July 2021 I got a call stating that the amount will be refunded in 24 hours (attached is the call recording).
Now today when I contacted customer care executive Julie she stated that it will take 15-20 working days for initiating refund.
