Sir,
My Name is Kiran , Am working Abroad ,My Airtel no. 7022406106 sim was Active till Last week, but recently i watched that its showing No Sim ,its been Active on AIRTEL APP with Validity of 14 days and Balance of 115 rs till date pic attached for your reference. I mailed to Air Tel team on this who are saying to submit KYC Documents in person and pay 25 rs and collect New Sim. How can we go to India now during this Covid Situations and protocols of the Goverment we work. I had sent him Queries to reply me with details of how it was cancelled and sim not working just since one week. I came to know this when i was doing a Fund Transfer to India wherin i did’nt receive OTP. Now I request your kindself to look into the matter and take necessary action and retrieve our Sims activation accordingly.
