sir
i am a resident of shashtri nagar, kurukshetra and a law abiding citizen. recently at the backyard of my residence, the owner has initiated a milk dairy with about 20 cattle stock and is thus no only polluting the air but doing a nuisance with no cleanliness, 24×7 cattle noise, and poor environment for a residential area which has caused a tension and harassments of my children who are studying. we have continuously to shut the back door to avoid the filthy smell of cow-dung but still in vain. the fellow has started the business a few days back in this plot and is gradually making a construction for cattle shelter. he has build a very poor construction with no base of the walls and is doing a commercial activity with a domestic electricity connection. I am unaware if he is paying income tax or not for the big business he is involved in with approx. 20 cattle stock. please help the residents of this nuisance as its unhygienic and illegal in a residential area. please help urgent.
