Hi,
I have booked Air ticket from Narita to Chennai on March-2021,
due to COVID-19, My Travel Plan was cancelled and also I cancelled my ticket before 10 days of my travel, I have send several mails to the easy my trip and Air India, but I didn’t get any positive response from then, Kindly help me for the refund process
