Hello, I had cancelled my Air India flight from Toronto to Delhi on Dec28, 2021 due to Covid. I was told to fill a feedback form and expect the refund in 14days. It has been over 3 Months and I’m still waiting after having contacted Air India customer care several times. I have also submitted several feedback forms and sent numerous emails. Nobody at Air India knows about the status of the refund. The customer care is utterly incompetent. All they keep telling is to fill another feedback form and assure me that the ‘Escalation team’ will contact you. I have not received any clarity on the status of my refund yet. It is a considerable amount ~$2600. Air India sends a standard reply to all my emails/tweets and I’m sure I’ll receive a standard response to this as well.

Extremely frustrating doing any business with Air India. Very unprofessional of Air India to keep their customers in the dark and frustrated. I wish there was some semblance of accountability.
