I booked 3 tickets for myself, my wife and my sister from Vancouver to New Delhi round trip for 19 sep to 7 nov 2021. It was cancelled due to extension of ban of direct flights from India to Canada. I requested my refund from the airline and it’s been more than 3 months it’s not been refunded yet. I called airline and they said it’s refunded but on my bank statement it’s nothing shown any transaction from air India and even I contacted with bank also and they said nothing is refunded. My PNR is YBRMQ and ticket number is 0982134624981, 0982134624982 and 0982134624983. Please help us to get the refund, they never listen the customer.
