I booked Air India tickets by calling the Air India Call Centre. Purchase Date was 20 Nov 2021. My scheduled connecting flight from Kolkata to Delhi (AI 768) was cancelled by airline on 06 Jan 2022. As a result I along with my immediate family was unable to board my connecting flight from Delhi to Toronto (AI 187) on 07 JAN 2022. They too could not board the flight. I’ve submitted two Feedback Status forms and requested a full refund on 07 JAN 2022. Ticket was purchased for my wife and daughter. Below are the details –

Total Amounts deducted from online Net banking as cost of tickets are as follows –
Rupees – 2,77,141.80 INR || PNR – HE5EV
Seat Booking fares – 1,775 INR, 4212.5 INR,
When we requested for full refund we were only given rupees 1,30,000 INR as refund. Even after following with Air India multiple times, we did not receive full refund.
