On 14thjuly 2020 I had booking my ticket the ticket number#0982133677594 and #0982133677595 delhi to Bhubaneswar on the date of journey 24th July 2020,due to lock down guidelines of state I am not able to travel on this date so that before travel date I cancel my ticket and ticket also cancel but iam not get the refund amount iam waiting but at almost going to reach one year to the next month still iam not get any response from air India according air India I raise complaint to there respect email I’d and twitter also through help line number but nothing get any response from mail and twitter last time they committed me through twitter it was before 4 month ago pls wait we are working on it and after 4 weeks we refund your amount
Sir iam waiting it the long time air India doesn’t have any response iam requesting you kindly help me to refund my money
