Dear Sir or Madam,
I booked a ticket online on 7th April 2020 for travel from Muscat to Madurai on 1 May 2020.
My ticket details are as follows.

Unfortunately, the flight was cancelled due to pandemic. I sent various emails and request for refund but it has not been refunded yet and I did not good response from Air india.
