My flight booking QCC4QE was cancelled (return flight) by the airline due to COVID. I could not travel as planned. Later my flight was booked with the below alternative which was again cancelled without any notification.

I have applied for refund through flight network since so long and have not got any refund even after contacting them so many times. It has been 10 months now. I was supposed to fly in May which never happened. After that every time my booking was cancelled by the airline. Please help me get my complete refund for my return flight.
