I had booked my ticket from Delhi to Gorakhpur with below mentioned details on dated 25th March 2020 which got cancelled due to COVID.

5. Travel Date : 25 March 2020
6. Amount Paid online : ₹ 5392
7. Air Line : Air India
The above mentioned ticket got cancelled due to travel restriction posed by govt. of India due to COVID.
After follow-up upon refund of the Amount Paid online : ₹ 5392 Make my trip forcefully without my consent offered Credit Voucher of Rs 4,993 which I am strictly not willing to accept as i have no plan to travel in next 6 months.
However as per Air India refund policies;
As per office memorandum received from Ministry of cibil Aviation dated 16th April 2020, full refunds will be allowed without levying any cancellation charges for all bookings made and payment received during the lockdown period from 25th March 2020 to 03rd May 2020 for travel during the same period. This applies for tickets sold in India for both Domestic and International travel. Passengers may contact the ticket issuing Air India office/Travel agent/Online Travel portal as the case maybe for above refunds
I NEED MY REFUND BACK NOT ANY CREDIT VOUCHER.
