We Cancelled this ticket on APR 2021 very long back and complete amount not refunded. Ticket numbers 0982134785973 & 0982134785974 amount not refunded to my Credit Card. But When we called the Air India Call Center, they told its refunded on NOV 25th. They give Some Transaction numbers 098BP14395 DPN/DQW. But these trans. numbers are not useful with Bank of America Credit Card department and not able to trace these Tran. numbers. I tried number of times these customer care and they will transfer to another department where no one will pick that call and after 1 hour it will automatically disconnect.
