Air france lost my baggage but not processing claim. My bag got lost on 7th August while coming back to India. DELAF78654 with Claim #C-5370983 , Following up since last 4 days, no one picks calls… No one replies to mails… Quite disappointed, no escalation matrix… No one from claim department replying…
