I purchased the AC with my hard-earned money for comfort in the hot summer
that I could not enjoyed because of the poor quality product and service from
Voltas. The AC has two major setbacks, one is the low-quality components and
workmanship, other being the unavailability of components that led to the
breakdown in such a short period of time and long delay in service.
