Respected Sir,
I have purchase a new Panasonic AC (Model No.CS-TU 18ZKY-1 1.05 ton 5 Star) from Swiss Electroworld, Jalandhar-144001 vide Invoice No.T/23-24/180 dated 21.06.2023 (copy enclosed).
Accordingly the said AC has been installed at my residence by the technician of the Panasonic on 22.06.2023. After installation the AC has been create a lot of irritating noise and in this regard I have lodge a complaint on 25.06.2023 and against my complaint Panasonic service Centre send his representative namely Sh. Sam Gill (Mobile No.06284027980) and after checking he has intimated that there is no noise in the AC and close my complaint by the Service Centre of Panasonic.
But the noise has been increased day by day and I have again lodge a complaint along with video of noise on 16.07.2023 and the same has been forwarded to the following senior officials of the Panasonic :-

Thereafter, the service Centre, Jalandhar has detailed again his rep. namely Sh. Sam Gill, and after checking he has confirmed that the noise are actually in the inner Unit of AC and he intimated that the bush as well as roller has to be changed and the factual also intimated to Sh. Simranjit Singh (In-charge of service centre). In this regard, I requested on telephonically to above mentioned senior official to change my inner unit of AC because the problem in this AC before installation in my residence. But they all have intimated to me the problem due to not carefully Loading by the AC and they further intimated that they have changed the roller and rush and noise issue has to be resolved.
Thereafter, Sh. Simranjit Singh (In-charge of Service Centre) along with his technician has been come to my residence and changed the roller and bush of the AC on 22.07.2023. Sh. Nitish Solapal, committed on telephonically , if the problem is not resolved he has changed the Unit of inner side, but the problem was not resolved and AC was again created an irritating noise of roller as well as sound of the flap in front side. I have again forwarded the video of the noise to the above mentioned senior official and requested to change my Unit because the problem was not resolved.
In this regard, Sh. Nitish Salopal rep of Panasonic intimated to me he has send the senior representative to checking the AC. On 25.07.2023 Sh. Simranjit Singh along with Sh. Paramjit visited at my residence and after checking he has intimated that the bush of AC creating a noise and the same has to be changed, but I informed to Sh. Paramjit, the bush along with roller has already been changed by the technician last three days on 22.07.2023. He again open the AC and changed the bush but the noise of flap as well as roller has not been resolved till date.
In the above mentioned whole situation I repeatedly requested to all the representatives of the Panasonic to change my inner Unit but they again and again experiment in my AC to resolve the issue but till date they have failed to resolve the problem and not change my AC Unit. The problem was very binging in the AC Unit before installation in my residence and I have also lodge a complaint on 25.06.2023 after three days of the installation of AC. In view of the above, it is therefore requested that please issue the stick instructions to the Panasonic Company to change of AC Unit immediately
