I bought an Ac from amazon in Aug 2022.
Till now I didn’t get any service from croma..
Their service engineer calls ask about address take location details and end.
I sent a mail at customersupport@croma.com they registered the complaint n sent a mail next day that your problem is resolved.
C000936341 – how they only know..
May be only on paper..
I tried to connect their service executive through the toll free no. Also but the only thing I got to listen your call will be connected within 8 mins..
Which I listen for around 12 mins.
A small request to croma….
If you can’t provide service in small cities then please don’t supply material also…
