i booked flight from hyd to phuket to and fro and airasia cancelled the flights.I tried contacting the client relations officer but they dont respond but after 3 months of chasing them they said my money is credited into the credit account and can be used while booking flights.
They fooled me sending emails .I tried rebooking but my credit account is zero.Air asia refund my money.
