I had a booking of flight from Kochi To Mumbai on 29th may 2020 PNR – MU3CNI. I received a mail for air asia on 18 may 2020 stating that my flight was cancelled due to covid 19 reasons and I will get a refund credit points by filling a google form which I did. After that I did not get any refund from them and when I tried contacting them they say that the flight was operational and we were a no show on the flight while we have a mail stating the flight was cancelled. We have been mailing million times and trying to contact them continuously but there is no resolving of our problem. I am attaching the cancellation mail below.
