I received an sms stating that my CV got shortlisted for an interview on 10:13 am on 25/01/2021 i.e., yesterday from QP-IALERT and asked me to download the interview letter from this link- http://bit.ly/3peQDwJ or check my mail which received nothing. I downloaded the attachment from the link and got the AIR ASIA-INTERVIEW letter which I have included in the supporting evidence. I called this person at 3 pm same day afternoon who was mentioned in the letter as “Mr. Sreekanth Reddy; Sr. Manager HR AirAsia (India) Limited”; Contact no. is +91-72-5200-2652 and email ID is Careers@hrairasia.in. He told me to pay a “REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT OF 9800 RUPEES” which will be returned on the interview day. I cross checked the number on truecaller website and it stated “AIR ASIA HR” so I thought it is not fake/scam and took the risk and paid the sum amount of “9800 RUPEES VIA SBI INTERNET BANKING NEFT mode” to the following account details: A/C no.: 601602010004280;IFSC code: UBIN0560162; A/C holder name: AIR ASIA LIMITED. He told me that NEFT mode processes money in a few hours and he wanted the transaction to be immediate so he asked me to pay it again using IMPS mode so I did my second transaction of “9800 rupees VIA SBI INTERNET BANKING IMPS mode”. I received an email from <careers@hrairasia.in> . I got another call stating that my transaction has been made without 18% GST so he asked me to pay that amount as well. “So in total I paid 9800+9800+1764=21364 rupees”. Please HELP ME.
