I was buying online, I made my payment, never got a confirmation number, I sent mails and called and they told me there was no ticket under my name but the payment was registered so I had to buy a ticket again and I would get a refund they didn’t answer me by emails, I called them and they say they couldn’t do anything about it! And at the airport they told me I had to pay for my bag which was included, and costed me the same as the tickets, so in total I paid more that 8000 Rs for a flight of 1 hour! It’s illegal what they’re doing, this is extortion.
