On 22nd February 2019, I registered for AIIMS mbbs ug course. While paying registration fee which is ₹1500, after doing all the procedure, there was an error saying “we are unable to process your transaction.” But money got deducted from my bank account. AIIMS registration portal however showed that there was no payment made and I had to pay again a fee of ₹1500. I don’t know where the money of first payment go. I even mailed the payment merchant (BillDesk) but there is no response till now. I want my money back. ₹1500 keeps a great vavlu to me as I am from a middle class family.
