Applied Loan for 400000 with India AI Credit APP, they asked service fee of 20K to be paid, then i noticed my account number was wrong in my account details , so asked them to change my account number and process the loan, Customer service said, ur account is freezed, i need to pay 60,000 more to release the loan. i asked to cancel the loan and refund the fee. They are not responding back. Please help
