I did Aha subscription through phone pay app on 20th nov 2021(20/11/2021) Amount of Rs 399/-

Transaction id is NX21112023365375116863941
Amount debited successfully but subscription not activated. I was try to take costumer support but they given numbers. that number not given proper information. I Wrote mail to Aha support thye also don’t give information. I feel this is totally fraud and they Hold my money number of days. I am help less of this so please take action on this thanking you sir.
