Sir, my mobile no.9560165380 I had a account with Paytm & on 21.10.2018 I had purchased 2 Nos. Shirt from paytm shopping mall vide order no.6335748293.As per returned policy I requested to Paytm to returned the both shirts on 25.10.2018 & subsquently the same was taken back by their courier Shadowfax named Pramod kumar pal but instead of crediting the cost of two shirt they have refunded me the cost of one shirt only & rejected my returned request. I dont understand why the paytm people didnot asked the courier & merchant that how many shirts recd back by them. I understand from my earlier complaints to paytm 24*7 that the paytm raised two different ID to collect the shirts whereas I had returned both the shirts to First ID.but I dont understand if the products purchased under single order than why they raised two different id Please note that I had given this explanation to their customer centre & written lot of times regading this issue without any result. Please look into the matter & sort it.
