I got a call from this company about the form filling job, which wss 30rs per page and totally i had to fill 700 forms that would give me 21000 by the end of a week.
During my first conversation with the employeeof that company, he didn’t mention about any agreement. He sent me the link of filling the aggrement which contained my photo snd adhar card but at that time i didnt know it was not been mention about any kind of agreement. The other day i got the confirmation letter from this company and then got a call from another employee, whose number was mention in that welcome letter(offerletter). I didnt record my conversation, so there is no proof of my innocence about the agreement, there.
However while doing my work i got some doubts and o asked that person about it but i got my reply very late, till then i finished more forms (which means because of that i made a mistake, or else i wouldnt have) i finally completed thise 700 forms but the sccuracy which was required, was little less than 90% and then they called me and asked for the money.
And now after 2 or 3 days i got a mail from the advocate about the same thing, saying ” u need to sort out this problem by 1:30 sharp and if not u may need to pay more than 50,000 rs according to the law and some acts”. This company’s location is in maharastra.
I dont know what to believe and what not!!!!
I am worried about my situation.
Plze advocates and lawyer, make us clear about this issue. We really need your help.
Plze let us know in what manner the mails are sent to us. How we can find the genuine mail.
