I went ahead and did a booking with agoda platform for a stay at a hotel in goa for 2 nights from sept 4th to sept 6th for rs 6036 . However I was charged twice when I put the OTP on their platform first by the name retail domestic and then few seconds later by agoda so in total I was charged double rs 12072 . When I raised this issue with Agoda and cancelled my booking they only reversed rs 6036 but not what retail domestic charged me from their platform . Its a fraudulent activity that has been going on their site and I would like my money back from them .
