Booking made on 28.09.21 on agoda.com, No booking ID generated instead money deducted to RETAIL DOMESTIC PT. Agoda is saying we have not received any payment whereas the payment was made only through their gateway. They all know and they are responsible for these kinds of frauds. They should be punished otherwise this will never stop in the future and money from common people will be kept on taking in such a horrible way.
