AGODA.COM
Advertised a hotel in Spain to have an indoor pool, gym, WIFI and 24/7 service.
None of these things were present at the hotel, AGODA have agreed to refund me 60% of the purchase price and have since that message refused to honor it and have sent me 0.
I have an email from AGODA showing they accepted to refund me 60% and now all they do is deny it
