I tried to book a hotel from Agoda.com on 20 Jan 2021. It was mentioned that it is cancel free till 7 Feb 2021. As per booking process, i updated my name, contact and travel details. The next page came with card details. I provided the card no, expiry date, cvv no, bank name, which i updated and submit. After 10 min, i got msg that Rs16500 has been deducted from my bank and no confirmation or booking id provided. I called customer snd even.provided the details to their customer care but agoda is informing that there is no transaction or booking is reflecting in their records.
