I wish to complain against a Agoda as their service has been absolutely pathetic. I booked a hotel in Tehri Garhwal with booking ID 846255617 and the hotel room that we received was absolutely in bad shape. Firstly, they said that the room would be available at around 1230 pm however, the check-in Was supposed to be at 10:30pm . Also the room was absolutely not clean. facilities of telephone, water bottle, and even the geyser wasn’t working. Also, while using the taps, the water wasn’t coming out. I was in conversation with an Akoda agent mr Rohit, we sure me that the amount is refundable but later on they denied and identified receive a single penny back. My question is why would a company like a Kuda list search Pooja hotel on the website fooling the customers all around. Please take strict action against these kind of people as services.
