As usual I recharged my set top box of ₹319 but automatically they activated the other packages and 2 days after recharging my account again I got notification for recharge again of ₹641 .. So this not fair that without consumer permisson activate such package. When I talk to tollfree and executive they said recharge again and we will deactivate later . Resovle this as soon as possible.
