I’ve been trying to file a complaint on the airtel app, but seems that the feature no longer exists. Hence I called up the techie incharge of my area(Wanowrie) whose name is Sachin Wad & explained about my problem of 7 months now which he is clearly aware about. In the past he has come twice to diagnose and correct the problem but it still hasn’t been resolved, am talking about my internet it keeps rebooting randomly due to which am facing issues even while working from home.
Th Airtel Broadband Technician Sachin Wad whom I spoke to on phone on 23rd May when explained to him the problem he gave excuses to ignore it and said the problem is because of lockdown as airtel servers are down, whenever I call him he gives the same excuse, when checked with my friends and colleagues who use airtel near mytmy society stated they have zero issues with the connectivity. Sachin also went ahead and said aggressively & I quote “tumko batakar kuch faayda nai hae tumko nai samajhta kuch, mae nai dekhunga tumhara problem, airtel app me file karo directly,” even after telling him that the app isn’t showing any option he continued speaking rudely and abruptly disconnected the phone, and refused to take any calls of mine.
I have used many different internet service providers before but am extremely aggressive and rude behaviour towards a customer from a company like Airtel is definitely the first. Totally unacceptable & extremely disappointing.  I needeneed an explanation  from them  to why customers being disrespected especially when we are not provoking them.
