I have been making calls to the customer care 121 and 198 between 12th July, 2020 and 13th July, 2020.
I spoke with 4 agents : they told me they have activated for the data pack and it will get activated in the next 30 minutes. The same answer was given from 12th July, 11 :00 PM to 13th July, 11:00 AM.
Now the two supervisors , namely Enitha and Anitha [ I am not sure if I believe those were the real names they shared ] said there is some “technical error specifically for activating data pack on my number”. This would take at-least 4 hours to resolve is what they mentioning without a word of assurance.
My problem is I do not have enough data left to use for even a day; and that the company has no possible solution that can be provided to their customers other than saying ” We have no option as there is some technical error”.
