Callers identifying themselves as Bluedart delivery agent and not able to locate the location. They ask for location to be shared and send a text message with *21*# and ask the user to click on the message and inform the delivery boy of location. As soon as you click on the message and call the number, your phone is hacked and all messages and calls are foreward to the mobile number. When someone calls after the above they get message that phone is switched off. Cannot receive calls and can only call for some time. Settings in the phone for call forwarding cannot be changed.
