Sudha Rani, she is very RUDE, ARROGANT on call, on top of the she he did not provide me any resolution on the call even I asked for the call transfer to any of the superior else at least to any of her colleagues she rejected hence, I asked for Nodal email ID, she did not provided information and at the end she use the script and disconnected my call. I did not find any kind of help from her. I’m not sure what the management is doing while the agents are talking in this way to the customer on calls.
Kindly listen to the complete call and take necessary action on this kind of behaviour to avoid losing fame in the market. I need this to be escalated on priority bases and need information on what action is taken on her behaviour.
