One of the airtel agent called and asked about the payment but they didnot inform me any international roaming package then how can they ask for payment without informing me and I told them that ok I can but that person didnot listen to me and cut the call after that my Airtel number is not working. What is this irresponsible agent in Airtel and how can they do this to regular Airtel customer.
