Last month, I tried to port my number then one od f your agents called me up and said we will find the better plan to make my bill lower as I was canceling the services due to high bill. She assured me that, I will get normal bill and tax charges will be waived off. But she lied to me. I got my bill in which ofcourse tax charges were not waived off but you people applied unnecessary charges international text charges. I have not sent any text messages internationally. I called up to know why these are applied and how. Whether it is 3rd party charges or actual text messages charges. But your agents unable to find it and promised a call back which I have never received it. You can check thr call records.
On 3rd July, I got a call from your agent who promised me that tax charges will be waived off. I got a call from +917304034222. I requested you to kindly listen the call recording as this agent was very smart as she didn’t mention on the account notes.
I want to cancel my services with you. If you can help then please separate all thr lines so that I can PORT my number to another service provider.
