I Found the details of owner deeraj patel and asked him for 2 sharing he told rooms are available and told me send hi on watsapp i will share photos and videos of room. i sent him he sent photos of website. so i thought ok its same pg which i see on website and than he told when you are coming i told after 4 days.. he told me only one bed is vacant so you can do pre-booking and keep i told ok he told me you can do 2000 deposit on landlord and reserve and keep it.. i have done 2k from upi and than he called me and told for visiting pass of room you have to pay 5k i thought something is wrong. i told him to refund me the amount he is telling for refund you have to pay 1010 rs so you will get complete refund . i understood i am not getting back . I cant belive housing.com sales team dont have this common sense if they are providing free listing of property what about fraud happenning with customers. i hope others dont get into trap
