I purchased agaro slow juicer on 25 jan 2025. It has 5 yrs product warranty. The juicer started having problem of leakage on march 2025.when i complained they replaced one bowl for me. But again after 2-3 months problem of lealage was same. I compained again at agaro customer care, They said the product currently is unavailable and avialble last month of sep 2025. But the problem of leakage in juicer has gotton worse and half the juice is laeaking out. On 6th feb i spoke to customer care, they said that my product is out of warranty and i should purchase the silicone gasket throgh he provided link for Rs 300 and their technician would charge Rs 500 for visting charge. but when i compained the product was in warranty but they said part is not availabe. Now i realize that i made a mistake buying this AGARO SLOW JUICER for Rs 13000.
