When I have purchased the sim the operator granteed lifetime free incoming and outgoing calls without any validity plan. Ne the current situation has been changed by the greedy profit taking nature by the operator.
As a customer I need my right to be safeguard.
I hope the judiciary will protect and safeguard customers needs against this multinational businesses cooperates.
