I have completed my zoom car trip on 26/12/2020. First of all Refund showing in zoom car app is Rs. 6391/- which is not refunded even after one month. No response from zoom car team on compaint emails. No support. I fear the whether the company exists now!!. Secondly the car was broken down during the journey due to key damage. I had filled the car with Rs. 5000/- unused petrol which was not there at the start of the journey. No mention was given in zoom car app regarding the same. No way to directly contact zoom car except through emails provided in the zoom car app. Please help us. A total of around Rs. 12000/- pending from zoom car for last 33 days. Kindly help
