I booked an air ticket on 22.06.2021 from Bhubaneswar to Delhi for Rs 5143/-. Thereafter the amount was debited from my credit card account and paid to the travel agency company. Within few hours I got an email from them stating that my ticket got cancelled due to some technical issue with the airliner and the full amount would be refunded back to me within 10 to 15 working days. In the meantime, 25 days have been elapsed and I have not got back the refund in my bank account. Nobody picks up my phone calls nor any response from them to my reminder emails also. Please help me out to recover the amount from the fraud company.
