I had booked tickets on Travolook on 18th June 2022 for 02 oct 2022 but due some technical issues the tickets got booked on some other date so I spoke with Indigo Airlines team and they gave me the option to rebook the tickets on the desired date and the money of the previous ticket will be cancelled and the total amount of Rs 32970 will be refunded back to me through Travolook and once I rebooked the tickets Indigo gave me a reply to my mail that they have refunded me the total amount of Rs 32970 on 1st July 2022. After that on 13 Sept Travolook sent a mail that they are refunding my money in 5-7 days yet no refunding my money. Also I have all the conversations recordings with their customer care executives and the mails.
Please help me in this matter.
