Travolook is a fraud website that confirms flights and cancel it within minutes after accepting payment. i booked my flight almost 2 months back and still havent got my refund. These thugs have designed the most elaborate and time consuming customer service platform which makes it almost impossible to even reach their team, let aloan get a refund. I am not aloan, thousands of people have trusted them and this is their standard response: they take booking, request payment, cancel within minutes and keep all the money. Less than 5% get their money back, because they are the only ones who are patient enough to keep calling these thugs and ask for their hard earned money back. this is a serious issue and needs to be addressed before these thugs can get away with this. please help me and countless others by taking action against them.
