The will type International gave me a 500 form and to complete within 5 days of period, failing which I have to pay a sum of Around 5000 for breach contract.
In the contract form ,they even include 500 Rs. Affidavit from the govt. Of Maharashtra with seal stamp under the advocate name Vijay Aahir.
After I completed and submitted they said I have not reach the accuracy target so I need to pay and on the next day the they send an email and said that they file a complaint at City cibil And Sessions Court under SECTION of 73-74-75 of INDIAN CONTRACT ACT 1872 .
The form which they provided me have line spacing mistakes, spelling mistakes and a lot more.
