I am here to draw your attention to this issue, where everyone is facing such problems as I am facing. As I brought a phone named Poco X3 Pro (8/128), on 17th June 2021, and for one year, it was working perfectly but the day after 1 year my phone was dead as there was a problem with the motherboard, because of some faulty update given by the company. But after some days, the company extended 6 monthly warranty on this phone. But now after 6 months, it’s dead again. I want to file a case against Poco India as middle-class people cannot buy a phone after one year. So I want that company should give some compensation to their customers.
